Physical Geography laboratory

The Physical Geography laboratories are located in the basement of the Pearson Building. The laboratories house a wide range of facilities for the analysis of waters, sediments, soils and other environmental materials. In addition to routine analyses, we have state-of-the art facilities for geochemical analysis, microscopy and dating using short-lived radio-isotopes as well as a store of field equipment.
